רשימת כל המועמדים למשחק השנה ולמשחקי השנה בז'אנרים ופלטפורמות וגם המשחקים המבטיחים של השנה הבאה שיוכרזו בטקס VGX 2013, טקס פרסי השנה של ערוץ ספייק TV. על הבמה: יוצרי סאות'פארק, המוסיקה של  GTA V בהופעה, חשיפות של Titanfall, The Division , The Witcher 3 ועוד

טקס בחירת משחק השנה וחלוקת הפרסים למשחקים וליוצרים שעשו את השנה בתעשיית הגיימינג, כבר ממש מעבר לפינה- טקס VGX 2013. הטקס יועבר בשידור חי בערוצי אינטרנט טלוויזיה רבים ותוכלו לצפות בו גם דרך VGXLIVE.com ב 7 לדצמבר, שעה 3 בצהריים, לוס אנג'לס (שעון ישראל – 8 דצמבר, שעה 1 אחרי חצות).

VGX הודיעה ​​כי יוצרי סאות' פרק טריי פארקר ומאט סטון יעניקו הצצה בלעדית של המשחק סאות' פארק החדש South Park: The Stick of Truth ובנוסף, אמנים שחתומים על חלק מהפסקול למשחק שמועמד למשחק השנה, Grand Theft Auto V, יעלו על הבמה ויתנו הופעה. נשיא נינטנדו באמריקה יתארח ויציג חידושים ל Wii U. כמדי שנה, הטקס יעניק חשיפות והפתעות למשחקים הגדולים של שנה הבאה, 2014. נזכה לקבל פרטים חדשים על המשחקים הבאים: Titanfall, Quantum Break, South Park: The Stick of Truth, Broken Age, Dying Light, Tom Clancy’s The Division וכמובן The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. סרטון גיימפליי באורך של 15 דקות ייחשף למשחק Thief.
